Thanks to the awesome skills of Leo Leite, Begins Now has been mastered and is being prepped for release. Leo is an incredible producer and all around cool guy. He is currently working with Sasha on his new album as the Ableton engineer.

Departures is something new Im trying. After years of planning, mixing, editing and mastering mix CDs, it's time to simplify things. Time to just hook up the laptop and hit record. The thousands of records I own have been collecting dust since I switched to CDs about 2 years ago. Ive decided to delve into the depths of my record cabinets and grab and go. Just start playing and see what happens. That's what Departures is all about, a true departure from my regular sound and style. Let's see what happens...

Ill be heading down this week to Winter Music Conference in Miami to promote the recently completed debut Methodrone album "Begins Now." Of course, there will be some r & r as well! Studio notes: SG and I have spent the past 4 days in the studio here in SF and have a good start on the second Methodrone release with 6 tracks well along now.
